Bogdan (or Bogdan-Ion officially) is:

• born in Buzău in 1987, briefly lived in Ploiești, and has been living in Bucharest, his new "home", for over 15 years
• programmer since middle-school, award recipient for IT competitions and a software developer with over two decades of professional experience
• a runner who started in the summer of 2020 and hasn't stopped running since, averaging 3-4 runs week in, week out, without taking any breaks
• blogging enthusiast, writing on generalist subjects in Romanian on his personal blog and on programming subjects, in English, on his programming blog
• once an important member of the Romanian otaku community, admin of the now-closed forum Manga-Anime.ro, founder of Animezup and Mangazup
